Josh is a native Texan and has called Wills Point home since 2003. He is blessed with 6 children and a near perfect wife and has enjoyed working in the real estate industry since 2004. Josh has a background in residential construction management and real estate development. He considers it a privilege and a honor to serve clients in Van Zandt and surrounding counties and is grateful to wake up every day and work in an industry he loves.
Paul is a native Texan and a has been a resident of Wills Point for 3 years. He attended St. Edwards University in Austin working on a Business Degree while working at the state capital for the the Secretary of the Senate. Since college he has worked in management and real estate sales with 15 years experience in each. He has additional experience in extensive residential rehab. Combined, these experiences makes him well suited for his current involvement in land and residential real estate sales. He moved to Wills Point to augment his sales activities with land development. He and a partner are developing residential lots where they are building homes with an affordable housing concept. Paul is civic minded and wants to help by doing his part to make Wills Point a better place to live.
Sherry Scott Moore is a 5th generation Van Zandt County resident. She grew up in Wills Point and graduated from WPHS in 1978. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 1983 with a BBA in Marketing. Sherry returned to Wills Point in 1985 and began her real estate career in June of 1985 as a sales associate with Lonnie Roe Realty. She became a broker in 1988, and has also had extensive education in appraising property. She has been a multi million dollar producer since 1992, was awarded the Century 21 “Top 21″ Agent award in 2006. She has also been the recipient of Century 21′s Emerald Award in 2006, Ruby Award in 2007 & 2008, Quality Service Award in 2012 & 2013, and has the Preservation Dallas’ Historic House Specialist Designation. Sherry was named Van Zandt News “Best Realtor” Award in 2014.
Sherry is married to Richard Moore, and they have two children Riley, 20, and Zac, 19. She attends Russell Memorial United Methodist Church, where she is a member of the Ladies Handbell Choir, Santuary Choir, 3rd & 4th grade Sunday school teacher, and church camp counselor at Lakeview Methodist Assembly for the past 10 years. She also serves as a Director/ Treasurer of the Wills Point Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys researching family genealogy and spending time at her family farm.
