AN EVENT TO REMEMBER
In April, CENTURY 21® hosted the highly anticipated ONE21 event in Las Vegas, Nevada. This annual event allows all CENTURY 21® agents across the globe to come together, network, learn, and look ahead. This also marked the first major event held since the completed merger between Anywhere and Compass. We spoke to several agents in attendance and they shared what they felt were the key takeaways from the conference.
Janet Dichiara attended her first-ever ONE21 as the new managing broker of the CENTURY 21 Legacy Maryville Office. As a veteran in real estate, but a newcomer to the brand, she was captivated by not only the global reach of the CENTURY 21® brand, but also the industry impact the newly formed Compass International Holdings (CIH) had on display:
“One21 brought excitement to the venue from the beginning to the end, starting with the global parade bringing agents together from all over the world. The exciting news that Compass brought to the table was the highlight of the event.”
The lasting impression of the conference was that of the technology that Compass, and now CIH, will have available for agents:

The platform, set to be available to all CENTURY 21 Legacy agents in early 2027, allows agents to easily manage every aspect of their business all in one place from quickly generating marketing materials to a shared client dashboard to walk through every step of the process. It also features a fully functioning CRM, MLS integration and many more features to allow agents to maximize the use of their time.
Agents will not be the only beneficiaries of this improved and revolutionary technology. Multiple agents noted that the new tech will free up their time to focus more on their client’s goals and needs, reinforcing the vision of CIH to deliver a smooth end-to-end client experience.
Cole McKeehan (Athens Office) echoed the impressive technology demonstration, highlighting the ease of use and seamless integration between all of the tools. He said, “I would honestly say there are no excuses. With this much market share, this level of technology, and these kinds of resources…unless something changes, I really don’t see how brands outside of CIH will be able to compete as time goes on.”
This year’s ONE21 conference provided a valuable opportunity for CENTURY 21 Legacy agents to network, grow, and learn more about the exciting opportunities that CIH can provide for both agents and clients in the very near future. The continued focus on training and improving the day-to-day operations of an agent and quality of agent is what truly differentiates CENTURY 21 and CIH from the rest of the industry.
