Nearly 50 years ago, CENTURY 21 Legacy opened its doors with a simple mission: to serve our community with care, dedication, and integrity. From the start, we understood that achieving that mission meant surrounding ourselves with the very best people. By investing in personalized training and creating an encouraging, team-oriented environment, we’ve built a culture where agents can grow, thrive, and lead with excellence.
This commitment has helped Legacy become home to some of the top agents in the region, and continues to attract those who share our drive to be the best.
But our dedication doesn’t stop at real estate. Through our Leaving a Legacy program, we’re proud to give back to the communities that have given us so much.
The start
Billy Williams opened one of Tennessee’s premier CENTURY 21 offices in Greeneville.
New management
Jamie Skeen took the reins as President and CEO. He would later rename the company CENTURY 21 Legacy to honor the years passed and as a promise for the years to come.
Kingsport
The first expansion took us to Kingsport.
Worldwide connections
That same year saw the start of our relocation department, opening connections to agents and clients across the nation.
Property management
Soon after, Legacy started the property management department to serve renters and manage properties for investors.
Tri-Cities
We opened our first office in Johnson City, expanding our coverage in the Tri-Cities.
A new region
We expanded our services to Knoxville with a new office.
A big hit
After the success we saw in the Knoxville area, we quickly added an office to serve Maryville.
The missing link
With two successful regions, we wanted to link them and opened our offices in Gatlinburg and Townsend.
A new horizon
Then we looked south to see where we could serve more of East Tennessee, and opened our newest location in Athens.
Continuing our legacy
While no one can know what the future holds, we know we’ll be here giving 121% and providing the service we’re known for.
