Background:
I have been in the real estate industry since 2010. I have worked in customer service and sales for the majority of my working life and I LOVE it! My favorite thing about real estate are the negotiations (within reason of course, hah). The worst anyone can do is say, “no" so let's sit down and talk over some coffee or tea about your real estate desires and goals.

Recognitions/Awards/Achievements:
Assisted in training the majority of my office in Knoxville on the new multiple listing system (MLS) that was integrated into our Association a few years back. I had used the system while working on St. Croix, USVI in real estate so was able to coach and teach all agents in our office on how to use this new system as the office trainer.
Personal Interests:
Attempting to rock at being a wife, mom to kids and fur-kids all while being the household manager and real estate guru. I had the special pleasure of growing up in San Diego, CA. Then I was able to move to St. Croix, USVI for a while and finally settled down in Knoxville, TN where we have 2 children and 3 fur-children. Travel has always been a huge love of my life and I've been to many places all over the world - all throughout North American, South America, Europe and the Caribbean. Running and my Peloton bike are two things I really enjoy! I am a sunshine girl - warm weather, fresh air and sunshine are the key to happiness in my opinion.
Above and Beyond:
In addition to managing my household and real estate career I am also involved with my neighborhood HOA and am the room parent for our children every year at their school. I think it is very important to be involved in not only in your place of work but your community as well. I volunteer (and have for years) at local animal shelters and assist with adoption and fundraising events - I always try to help the little paws that can't help themselves! Prior to being my own agent I was a licensed agent assistant for about 6 years and thus was able to be available to train and guide new agents within our Brokerage.
