As Principal Broker, my primary focus is supporting agents and strengthening the brokerage through clear standards, practical training, and operational systems that make day-to-day execution easier. I work closely with agents on the areas that drive consistency and reduce risk: contracts, compliance, negotiation structure, workflow discipline, communication, and follow-through.

Over 20+ years in real estate, I've helped build and implement repeatable systems across recruiting, onboarding, marketing support, transaction management, and team communication. I'm hands-on with the tools that power modern real estate, CRM, transaction platforms, back-office systems, and workflow integrations, because support should show up in the work: fewer preventable issues, cleaner files, better timelines, and a better client experience.

I also represent sellers and buyers in Knoxville, delivering the same service standards and execution expectations I coach our agents to uphold, clear strategy, clean documentation, proactive communication, and client-first decision-making. My goal is simple: help agents and clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
